Dart  : 무려 13단계로 낮아졌다. 가장 두드러진 변화. 구글이 막 미나보다. flutter가 대세가 되는 날이 오려나. 

Elm : 무려 13단계나 상승했다. 이것 역시 두드러지네... 이거 뭐야;
